Best thermal paste?

Hi I am wondering what is the best thermal paste at the moment, I am kind of disapointed with the result of my Hyper 212 plus and want too see if changing the thermal paste supplied with it makes any improvment

Supposedly Diamond paste is the next frontier have a look here I belive OCUK stocks it here

It won't make a significant difference but Thermalright's ChillFactor 3 is very good, especially for how cheap it is.
