I was looking at that as it seems quite popular with delided Intel chips..

Currently using Gelid GC Extreme.

Yep, for a delidded chip theres nothing that compares to liquid pro/ultra on the exposed die. Even just used on the ihs its 5-6c better than the top end conventional pastes. Just be careful applying it.

Gelid's quality, but as Setter says, nothing beats Liquid Ultra for delidded goodness.

Drops of 20c arent uncommon when using it on ib/hw cpu dies. Extremely tempted to delid mine and give it a nice liquid shine.
