Best timings to use?

CPU-Z screens below - basically can I tighten up the timings on this memory at all? been looking on Corsairs site and can't find this memory listed, I have had a play around but am a little confused as to which timings are which and what to change - it's a new DFI board and has a lot more options than I'm used to.

Should be able to get tRCD and tRP to 3, you've got plenty of headroom for overclocking too (current RAM speed - 207MHZ, rated RAM speed - 232Mhz) so you could try using a lesser memory divider.
