Best tool for iPhone to Mac(or PC) audio transfer?

Hey folks, what’s the best method I can use to move my music from my iPhone to a Mac or PC so that I can then stick it on a Synology for streaming?

I’ve got iTunes music and non-iTunes music present on the phone so I don’t wish to risk losing it with iTunes sync.
