Hi, so I'm going to be re grouting my bathroom soon and I'm looking for a grout removal tool. The dedicated grout removal tools don't seem to have very good ratings so I'm thinking about a oscillating multi tool, I'm not really sure what one to go for TBH.
Any recommendations ?

BTW the grout is mostly 3mm ( 2mm in places )

Thanks.

I used a bosche starlock grout remover, pretty pricy though!

Did a reasonable job depending on how thick your grout lines are, with 2mm grout lines I did chip a few tiles.

I just used my new oscillating multi tool this week for removing grout and it was by far the easiest method I have used to do it. The downside is the numb hands after use.

Multi tool for the speed with the right attachment.

Dremel do a specific grout removal attachment which has a sort of straight line guide to stop you wandering. I've not used one though.

You should still get a manual removal tool for the fine work where you might damage tiles with a power tool.

Yep will definitely get a manual one, there's a few places where i don't think id get in with with a power tool
