best tool to cut steel

I need to cut a window like section out of a yeong yang server case. I assume a dremel is the best bet? or are they not upto the job of steel and only good for aluminium?

Anyone who has a one will know ( hopefully )

Easier with a jigsaw m8 then use the dremel to smooth the edges out.

Thing is i have no power tools so im going to have to buy something. Im not fussed really about how long it will take just wether a 40ish quid dremmel can actually cut steel or not. I dont have a bench or anthing either so its back yard and block of lumber as a base to work with

Just used a whizzer on mine today, see my thread in Case Central and in my sig. You get some nice fireworks too
