Best tracker app?

Girlfriend picked up an iPhone 4S today. Wondered what the best tracker app for it was. I read a story of a guy chasing his around London and found someone on the bus with it.

Sounds excellent. Don't mind paying for one?

Find My Friends requires that another person has an iPhone.

I find google latitude and ladidude, both free, very good.

Can be setup to use tower location only, or GPS once every hour or when you change cell tower.

Both are good, I find find my friends never gets a lock. At least with latitude you know where it was when it last updated.

I'm not on about the find my friends. iCloud has one built in.

Is your gf aware you're tracking her?

I must admit, me and my fiancé both have find my friends enabled. Makes it easier to see if she's caught her normal train, and so she can see if im on my way to pick her up from the station each evening.

Me and my missus do the exact same but for buses/nights out etc.

Yep, I login and see my MacBook, 4s and my old 4

Anyone know how to remove the old 4 from account? I sold it on so don't want to track it

I do beleive the only way was to tell it on the device you didn't want to track it.

Maybe contact Apple Support on this one.
