Best TV 'reactive' LEDs?

Hi all, I would search........but LEDs brings up a lot of answers and i'm not sure what the technical term is which i'm looking for.

1.) I'd like to buy some of those LEDs that go behind the TV and adapt to whatever the TV is showing. If it's blue it shows blue.
2.) Following on the above can you expand and buy LEDs for the corner of the room? Like stands that sit in the corner perfectly or is this a bit too much?

Govee T2 Backlight. I’ve got one set up on a 75” TV and it’s great. Needed a wee bit of tweaking but not much and it’s then set and forget. I was a bit worried about the camera on top of the TV but it’s solid, doesn’t move and you never notice it once the TV is on
