Best type of Mem to run on a sx38p2

Hi,

I'm planning on getting a sx38p2 with an e8400. I was planning to slightly overclock, which has prompted these questions.

I wish to run at least 4gb (perhaps 8gb) but do I go for PC2-6400 or PC2-8500 since I'm wanting to push the FSB above 800mhz?

Also, is there a particular mem make etc which compliments the above mb and cpu?

if you're only going to slightly overclock got for the 6400 memory, at the moment i'd go for gskill or geil.

Would it be perhaps best to invest in the 8500 since I'm buying new so to allow for some future proofing.

Once assumes 8500 compliant mem will happily run at the slowly speed.
