Best upgrade for current card?

I'm looking to future proof my PC somewhat. I want to switch to Nvidia this time but having trouble deciding which card. Must be under £200.

Have had the card below for a couple of years now

If you can stretch another 40 quid you can get the 680 version.

I'd agree with this. I also have a 6950 and would definitely go for the 680 compared to the 670 if at all possible to get the best jump in perfomance. The 670 is not a bad card at all though. If you could wait until the release of new graphics cards by AMD (few weeks) the prices may come down a little
