Best upgrade for me?

Rig as per sig, with xmas coming up i think i'll treat myself to some new stuff, what would you recommend, or would yo stay as is? £250-£300 to spend.

You could upgrade CPU to a Phenom x4 (if gaming) or x6 (if doing any heavy duty cpu work) other than that no real need to upgrade

Is anything struggling, either producing low fps or not rocketing up to max settings?

I'd get a second 470, add it to your cooling system and put them in SLI.

i got a CF mb.

Kind of what i thought, without going i7 there's no real point in upgrading, but thanks to someone on these forums i just ordered a GTX 580 for £311
