Best upgrade from a dead Asus M2N32 Deluxe?

I think I have a dead motherboard, the one in the title.
What do you guys think is the best AMD/SLI upgrade at this point in time?

Obviously I'd rather not have to buy a new CPU and my 7900gto's have been running great in SLI.

whats wrong with the board ??

As i have the same board, but the BIOS is deaded, flashed it in windows and it never came back up.... was looking on the bay for a new BIOS chip but if ** needing a new board .....

Not sure what if anything is wrong with it. Get randon crashes in windows which once they've happens windows won't boot. Can't boot into safe mode either, if I unplug some hardware it will boot into safe mode and do a system restore and it works again until it happens again.

Could be Mobo, PSU, hard drive or even CPU! I've tested the PSU with a tester I bought from ****** and it seems fine.
