Hi all, i am looking to upgrade my current pc which i have had for approx 3years. I have a limited budget of approx £650 and will not get the chance to upgrade for maybe a couple of years.
I am unsure which is the best route to choose.

My current PC is :

I7-920 (@4ghz)
6gb Ram
Asus p6t deluxe v2
MSI GTX570
Antec P180 case

I am wondering whether to either upgrade the CPU/Mboard/memory/case and keep my current GFX card or keep the main PC and upgrade the GFX and maybe get an SSD drive to run games off.
I mainly use pc for gaming but also do video encoding.

what would you advise guys ?

Leave the CPU/RAM+Board as it is, theres nothing worth upgrading to from that spec.

Do you have a SSD?
Nice monitor?
What PSU do you have?

Maybe the Antec P280 case?

What PSU make/model do you have?

Another 570, an SSD and some more RAM would be my recommendation. Or perhaps one/two GTX670s and sell the 570.

I have a OCZ vertex 2e 64gb drive currently for my OS drive.
I have a Dark power pro 650w PSU

Nice PSU, but not enough for a pair of GTX570's in SLI (need 750w+)

YOUR BASKET
1 x MSI GeForce GTX 670 OC 2048MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card (N670GTX-PM2D2GD5/OC) £329.95
1 x OCZ Vertex 4 128GB 2.5" SATA-3 Solid State Hard Drive (VTX4-25SAT3-128G) £118.99
1 x Antec P280 Super Midi Tower Case - Gun Metal Black £109.99
Total : £573.04 (includes shipping : £11.75).

Thanks i think you may be right, do you think it may be worth getting a new cpu cooler also as i am hitting approx 80c on load with my current 4ghz overclock.
I have a titan fenr cpu cooler atm.

Apply new thermal paste, it should be doing better than that I would have thought, blow the dust out of the fins.
