I'd check before you buy an e7500, my d975xbx2 can handle a max of a Q6600, no mention of wolfdale cores on the intel site. I'd check before you buy a CPU upgrade.

4850 to a 4870 or gtx260 isnt much of an upgrade at all and not really worth doing, the 4890 came down to 130 today here would be a good option or a gtx275..
