Best upgrade?

Hi im looking to upgrade my PC thinking i might want to go back to intel after a long long time with AMD.
Current specs are:

DFI LanParty UT nF4 Ultra-D
AMD Dual core 4400+
2x 1GB OCZ (cant remember speed off hand pc4000 or something)
Radeon X1800 XT 512mb

COULD spend upwards of around 400 quid if need be. Main use is going to be gaming, and mainly COD4 which i am ownage at (lol)

any help appreciated.

hmm.. thanks for the replies, yes its the socket 939 version.. so im at a dead end huh?

maybe a new pc is in order?

well i priced up the individual parts and it was about 80 quid more so i dont mind paying that, means i wont have to go through the time building it etc etc.

i see what ** saying but ive built say my last 3 pcs and they have all looked like crap lol.

wires everywhere etc etc i just want it to be delivered i plug it in and im away, much less hassle. im probably gonna take the plunge and go for this one..
