Best upright vacuum under £100

Our current vacuum cleaner is on its way out and needs replacing so I'm in the market for one but ideally I would prefer not spend more than £100.

I don't really know much about vacuums so any suggestions would be great.
 
We have the Air Lift model, quite similar but the motor part lifts off to make doing the stairs easier. The suction is good, works as well as a dyson.

Yeah the dysons are overpriced IMO and a family member has had some reliability issues with theirs so would rather steer clear of them.

This one doesn't have the lift off but does have the extendable hose and the turbo attachment which should make doing he stairs easier as our old one only had a short hose so would require lugging down a few steps at a time.
