Best USB distro?

Hey guys what's the best distro to run soley from a USB stick? I've got a new USB 3.0 stick and I want to give it a run. I want it quick, easy and stable.

If you want to use the usb stick on multiple pcs then try an ubuntu livecd with persistence.

Have you got usb 3.0 ports in your pc or are you using the usb 2.0 backward compatibility?

OK cool. I have USB 3.0 on my PC, but I will also use it as 2.0 on other PC's. Still, in 2.0 it's a lot faster than standard 2.0 flash drives.
