Am looking into getting my CBT in the next 8-9 months and am starting to save up for a 125cc commuter/weekend trip bike. Up to £500 would be preferred, but I am prepared to go up to £1000 if absolutely warranted.
My knowledge of motorcycle repairs is limited, but I am happy to tinker and learn. I was hoping to save money by getting a used bike (was thinking Honda) but am open to suggestions.
Ideally, I'd like something that has a reputation for being easy and cheap to repair. As long as those repairs aren't the result of design flaws or poor construction.
