I'm looking to buy a dedicated SSD for my games so that load times/download times are speedier etc.
I currently have a 128GB SSD with Windows on it and a 1TB SATA Drive with movies, photos and media on it.
Does anyone have any recommendation of which SSD to go for which is the best bang for my buck. Considering SSDs do not affect fps and I'm not a pro gamer or anything, I'm not looking to spend crazy amounts, just want to upgrade from the older hard drives.
Also, are SSD more akin to flash drives where it's just plug and play? My current case has a section at the top which opens up and there is a slot to plug in an SSD so there's no need to go into the internals.
Finally, should I keep windows on the current 128GB or should I move it over to the new 1TB SSD, what are the benefits if any?
