I've currently got a Das Keyboard x50 and the keycap legs are slowly breaking off and it's driving me nuts to be honest. Is there a decent, cheap, full size mechanical keyboard that doesn't have these crappy romer-g keycaps that anyone can recommend?

Depends on what you call cheap naturally but I find the keychron boards nice you could get a barebones and insert your own hot swappable keys cherrymx or whatever or just get the keychron switches in a prebuilt
I find the v6 with knob a good gateway drug
