Best value night vision binoculars/camera?

We've seen young tawny owls in a field last night and we saw them with normal binoculars but with a torch pointed down so a dim light. Thought it was a pine marten to start with because of the noise.
We saw them through the binoculars but night vision would be great, and with the option to take a picture it a short video.

What do you guys recommend?

I'd probably aim to look for them roosting during the day and get pictures then.

They won't be for away from hunting grounds.
