best value option to get non wired internet on a desktop

Everything is in the title. I'm looking to build a desktop, it will probably not be close to the router...

So I'm looking for the best value option to get networking ? what do you think guys ? should I go for a additional card on the mobo? a usb adapter ? or a powerline ?
