Best version of PES for the pc?

Ok guys i wonder if you can help me,


I am about to buy PES for the first time on the pc so, can anyone tell me which version of Pro Evolution Soccer is the best on the pc?

3/4/5 > 6 > 08 > 09

You're better off with Fifa on PC over Pes09 this year imo. First impressions are REALLY bad.
 
Don't buy a really old version because everyone here loved it back in 1928, you won't enjoy it if you don't have your rose tinted glasses on. Get the most recent one and have some fun.

Try the Fifa09 demo an the PES09 demo and see which one you enjoy most.
 
when trying the demos bare in mind that other than exhibition games Pes09 offers little other features, whereas Fifa has a few different modes.
 
I'd wait a while first to see if pes09 is laggy online etc waste of money buying it if the servers are going to go pear shaped.
I like pes2009 I will buy it when i know about the lag.

I thought Fifa was better this year but having played both for a whole season, Pes wins easily.

Fifa might be better for younger kids, it has some nice features but Pes got right back on track with this latest release. Neither are perfect but Pes wins the race this year just!

If you generally like one over the other, I wolud go with that preference and I am sure you wont be disappointed.
 
really? I found be a pro on fifa to be FAR superior to pes' legends. Being that the call for the ball does work more. If you want to touch the ball about 10 times in 5 minutes take pes, if you want your team to thump it to you wherever you are pick fifa.
