Best video call software

I have a high def Microsoft webcam, and I'd like to use it to make two-way webcam chats. What's a decent app for this? Ideally I'd like something fullscreen, with an inlay of myself. Would also be good if it has noise cancellation to stop feedback.

Anything out there?

Then there is Windows Live Messenger, Google Chat, and I think Yahoo do one...

Of these I think Skype would give you the best quality...

We are using Skype on a regular basis to talk to people all over the world. Only others I've tried are MSN messenger and Yahoo, but Skype is much better.
