Best Video converting software for ipod?

I was just wondering which video converting software people prefer to use when converting various video files into ipod format (for ipod touch 3g in my case)

I have been using videora, but I HATE all the ads and the disgustingly clunky interface...saying that it does work well.

I'm looking forward to hearing everyones thoughts

I mainly use Visualhub but it has been discontinued and followed up by Video monkey.

Also use Handbrake, ffmegx and MPEG Streamclip depending on what I am converting to/from.

Beware of the whole semi-scam / advertising and toolbar supported free ipod converter marketplace. Lots of crappy wrappers to Open source software.

Handbrake is good for most stuff. I did use ffmpegx a while back but didn't find it to be that good.

Personally I think VisualHub is still the best... The project needs to be taken up by someone with fire in their belly who can make the whole thing even better, video monkey is poo in comparison

personally use Super video Converter. Free, does ANY format to ANY other, and is quite quick about it.
