Best virus scanner and firewall

Currently using zonealarms but keeps crashing and get memory read errors which are a known problem. Anyone recomend me something better

kasperky and nod32 are by far the best av.
firewall can't help much as I use a router/vista firewall

NOD32 and Comodo for my money.

And firewall I would vote Commodo a well - quality software - and it's free!!

NOD32 and either Comodo as everyone else suggests it or Sunbelt Kerio. Free as well. You get a 30 day trial of Sunbelt in its pro mode. After 30 days it just loses the extra features which you won't notice.
