Best VR games for HTC Vive?

I'm looking for..

1. The best horror experience?

2. Under water experience, with fishes, sharks etc.

3. A game for my 70 old parents to experience VR for the first time.

4. Most immersive game with great graphics (SS to be used)?

?????????

I just don't have the time to watch YouTube reviews.

Based on what I actually own and play:

Horror: Brookhaven Experiment, A Chair in the Room
Underwater: The Blu
Geriatric: Google Earth VR, The Lab, Tilt Brush
SS: The Lab is still one of the most detailed and optimized experiences I've seen.
Immersion: Vanishing Realms
 
horror - emily wants to play is good, sisters demo is also good and looking forward to the full game. escape bloody mary is pretty good too although its not a jump scare type of horror.

underwater-no idea not tried any

for the older guys, nvidia fun house is good and free, simple games but fun to play, the lab also especially the secret shop

immersion- i like call of the starseed, graphics are nice and its a puzzle based game.

for fun i really like paddle up, rec room and the golf club

in terms of showing off the vive, the lab is definitely one of the best- the updated the Blu is also incredible visually.
For shooters, Hordez is always going to be good- lowest difficulty is easy, but it does ramp up. First time out I ended up jumping away from a zombie, turning round, one step forward and hitting a wall. still love it!
Space pirate trainer is simple, but fun, and graphically performs well.

There are a lot of games (yore vr springs to mind) that are still being worked on, and do have potential.
