Best VR horror games?

I have a quest 3 I use for simracing, but I'd be vaguely curious about any great horror games. I know nothing about VR games outside of the sims I race

I remember the PSVR 1 demo disc had a couple of pretty crazy experiences. And that resident evil game that was on PSVR was pretty wild too. Although when your wife jumped out and cut your hand off or something, I about had a heart attack. Surely some developers have done some crazy stuff in the last 5 years

I'm big on the alien franchise, there's literally an Alien movie poster in like 25% of my field of view as I type this, and whenever I see someone play isolation I'm always impressed with what they did with that gameworld - but as a game, I just have no interest. Like I know I'd lose it when the Alien pops out, but the game itself just isn't for me
