best water cooled case?

You will have to fit the rad to the outside of the case(unless you want to mod the case) but all the necessary parts are included in the kit to do this. You don't have to use the lian-li, case choice is a personall thing but for the price thats the best case you will get imo. Whatever case you decide on then make sure it has a 120mm exhuast fan as this is where the rad fits.

You're going to struggle to get a decent setup for £200 whether you build it yourself or not. Do a search on Koolance, Alphacool and AquaComputer - also the term Ready2Go or 'Ready to Go' seems to be fashionable. I've had a Koolance PC3-725 for almost 18 months now and I'm very happy with it. But those are closer to £350 than £200 and you still bneed to buy the CPU and Graphics card blocks on top of the case kit.

Why are you looking at water cooling? If you want silence and you're a moderate overclocker then have a look at the Zalman Reserators. They are £150-£250 and it's a bloomin' great radiator that sits outside the case with a pump in it. They are very easy to hook up and they are almost silent in operation.

Water is definitely less grief than a lot of people would have you believe. YOu just have to be brave and have good home insurance ;)
