Best way of cooling Northbridge on a DS3..?

Hi all,

The northbridge heatsink on my Gigabyte DS3 (965P) board is COOKING!!

What's the best way of cooling it..? I don't want to use another fan as I don't want any noise..

The Noctua northbridge cooler (minus a fan) did an excellent job on my P965 DS3 up to a 500mhz fsb.
