Best way of playing a wii on a monitor?

What woudl be my best way of playing a Wii through my monitor? it only has VGA in (the belinea), but my graphics card is an X1800XT and has an S video in.

So basically, I want to know what the best way of playing it through my pc or monitor is

RGB Scart to VGA convertors can give a good picture but you will find that the quality will depend on how much you can afford to spend.

Component to VGA adapters give the best quality but aren't cheap and only work with progressive images.

I think these only work if your monitor/vga port can explicitly take component signals. I know on mine I need to open an options menu and change the type of signal coming to the port from vga to component. Im not sure how rare it is for component over vga to be supported.
