Hi there,

I bought a 2000 reg 1.8 Ltr Zetec Mondeo LX a few months back. The car is in absolute mint condition and runs really really well. I love it but cannot justify keeping it as I can get the bus to work now and my Mrs has a reliable and economical car which we can get around with at weekends etc

Looking at selling it as there are so many things I could spend the money on. The question is, is how do I get rid of it with the minimal hastle? I've thought about autotrader, but my mates have sold cars on there before and had people "test drive" their cars before and were not impressed.

Any ideas? I've been thinking about a dealer but I realise I'd have to let it go for a lot less than its worth.

Cheers

defo autotrader mate, dont let anyone drive the car if they havent bought their insurance papers to prove they can drive the car. Theres also exchange and mart, loot, local shop windows, local tescos board.

if the car is in mint condition like you say and you price it right, it will shift mate, have a look on parkers and other mondeos on autotrader to get a price its worth

I will put some pics up tomorrow night if anyone would like to see them.
