Best way of storing passwords on multiple devices?

I have several PC's as well as Android and iOS devices, I also have a text file with all my passwords inc. banking details etc.

I'm looking for the most secure way of sharing this text file with all my devices, I was putting a password protected zip file containing this zip file on all my devices but it's a pain having to extract it every time I want to view a password on a mobile device.

Is there a better secure way like sharing the file in the cloud or on evernote, anyone know of a good way of doing this?

Passworded zip files can be cracked in seconds. Personally, I use an Excel file on an encrypted USB stick. The pros is only having the stick accessible for seconds and keeping it off-site, the cons being that only computers can read sticks, not phones. Cloud computing could be a way though, if it offers 2-step login. That's where 1st step is a password and 2nd step sends a code to your phone via SMS. Paypal and Gmail do this already. In fact, you could bung your passwords text file onto Google Docs as that uses the same login as Gmail, then you already have 2-step and it's accessible both by phone and computer.

I do have Google Drive, so this is secure enough as it is to just paste my password list to docs? do I need to do anything else?

Thanks

I was tempted by Keepass but am I right in thinking I'd have to manually enter all my passwords etc. in to keepass instead of just inserting my text file? also read that people have lost all stuff with the latest update :(

Another option and the one I use is B-Folders. Works very well and is free for android use but have to pay for the PC version I think. Sync works over wifi between other devices. Not sure how secure any of these solutions are but with B-Folders you aren't storing the encrypted file in the cloud.

LastPass works great for all my devices. I paid for it to get it on android (very cheap).

Enables encrypted notes, passwords linked to urls and Android apps, credit cards, passport details etc. All with a master password (very secure) and Google Authenticator 2-phase log on.

Thanks for all the suggestions but I think I'll see how I get on with evernote's encrypted text as I'm quite a fan of evernote :)

I moved from Keepass to Lastpass Premium. I originally had a keepass file syncing across multiple devices but in the end Lastpass made it simpler.

Also, Lastpass on Android will autofill your login details :)

This, but 1Password > Lastpass Premium.

I'm a recent revert to Win/Android from OS X/iOS and LP makes 1P look a bit daft with the level of integration you can get with Lastpass....
