best way to add a second fan to my cpu cooler

i have an arctic freezer pro 7, and tbh its not much kop for cooling, i pretty much cant push past 4.3ghz on my i5 without the temps getting into the 40's on idle,and into the 80's when on maximum ibt so im wondering, what is the best way to attatch another fan to it on the other side of the cooler in a push pull manner, my issue is going to be the fact that the back of the cooler isnt square as shown in this image

i know i should really just buy a better cooler as this is just a budget one, but im skint at the min, so if anyone can suggest a way to do it, then all the better for now lol

hmm....might be time to see if i can get an early birthday present.......might be pushing my luck, its not till october
