Best way to back up

I have 3 drives in my computer. I have 2 500GB Western Digital Caviar Blacks in RAID0 and 1 500GB seagate drive. I am only using about 300GB of the RAID 0 drives at the moment and I would like to have an exact copy of my RAID drives in the Seagate drive. What would be the best way to do this?

P.s. I want the backup to automatically update every day.

If your using windows 7, then the built in Backup software will do the job well... and can be scheduled...
