Best way to buy on amazon.com (not .uk)?

I'd really like a Asus Zenbook Prime UX31A, and it's about $1000 (£670), which is about half as cheap as I can find it anywhere in the UK.

It's obviously much cheaper to buy from amazon.com vendors then, so I'm intent on buying from there. What's the best way to get an amazon.com order delivered to my home address, seeing as pretty much all of the vendors that supply the UX31A-DB51 on amazon don't do international delivery.

Thanks

Even if you do get it over here I think you will disappointed with the savings. Postage will be a fair bit, then you need to VAT and duty which is another 15% of the value on top, then any handling charge from the delivery company that clears it from customs for you.

Have you tried on amazon.de?
The sites in another language but it might be cheaper and you don't pay vat as its in the European.
Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong anyone.

It was £700 and £70 for international shipping from a good vendor on amazon, they ran out of stock before I could order though. I don't think almost half the price is disappointing.

thanks Jeetz, I'll try that

edit: found the same spec'd model on amazon.de for £860. delivery shouldn't be too much too and say it's £40, I'll still save like £400+
