Had the same matte korean 1440 monitor for a while.
Whats the best way to clean the screen also the best products to use that wont leave streas everywhere?

Any proper screen cleaner works wonders.
The proper fluid will cut through any fingerprints, sneezes or general crap in seconds.
It should come with a microfiber cloth too.

Defintely do not use any old cleaner and certainly never scrub touch spots to get them clean.

Ringed out kitchen tissue. Water only. Dry with a clean dry tissue. Done it this way for years. Superb results. No chemicals near my monitor or laptop screen!

Glasses (or optical lens e.g. for cameras) wipes work well as well, get them in packs of 20 or so for a couple of quid at the supermarket

Cleaned a 24" Benq monitor I bagged at a boot sale(!) yesterday - thread below somewhere- with a damp lint free cloth as advised and it worked wonders, it's come up very nicely.

Don't use any kind of polish, my other half has a nicely ruined 50" TV that she cleaned with Mr Sheen, tbh the picture looks fine but it's a streaky mess when switched off and looks awful.

I have always used window cleaner sprayed onto a microfiber cloth then wipe over... This had worked perfectly for monitors, TVs and laptop screens with no issues at all.

I used to use just water, but I managed to get hold of some proper screen cleaning stuff and it works so much better.

I use a lightly dampened microfiber cloth, and then wipe dry with another one. Just a light wipe from one side to the other, no rubbing. Seems to leave it streak free afterwards.
