Best way to clean a mouse sensor?

I have had the Razer Naga 2014 since mid January, and the past week or so the tracking has gone iffy, the drivers are fully up to date. I have tried on my roccat alumic mouse pad and the ocuk xl mat and it struggles on both it works better on my just my desk but its not perfect. So I was going to give it a clean and see if it works. Im just not sure how is best to clean it?

The tracking problem occurs on different speeds, it is like the mouse is hitting an in visible wall its rather frustrating.

any suggestions?

If it seems as if it's hitting an 'invisible wall' then it sounds asif your mousepad is dirty rather than the mouse?

the ocuk mat is brand new cant see anything on it I have wiped it down aswell just incase, same with the alumic I have cleaned it many times and tried both sides of the mat and still the same :S
