Best way to clean dye from inside DDC?

Just wondering what the best way to clean this pump is? There seems to be quite a bit of dye showing up under the uv from the last colour of fluid used.

Also, the D-tek Fusion I have has a few scratches on the base...am I best to lap this when I do my CPU as well?

i wouldnt bother bout the CPU block but just pull the pump apart and clean it.
