Best way to connect all my apache fans?

Guys i'm in need of some advice on the best way to connect up these fans please.

Specs.
Mobo is a P6T.
Antec P182 case.
5 apache pwm fans and a noctua p12 fan (3pin).

The mobo has one pwm,two sys fan and one power fan header.I also have a this fan controller http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=FG-021-AK&groupid=701&catid=57&subcat=189
I have three of the apaches connected to mobo (one pwm and two sys fan) which are the rear exhaust and push/pull on heatsink.
The other two apaches are conected to the fan controller which are the top exhaust and front intake.
The noctua is attached to the upper drive cage for extra flow to the gfx and is also on the controller.

The problems i'm having with this set up is the fans on the controller dont run nearly as fast as they should when turned up to full.
The fans that are connected to the sys fan headers only run at 1200 rpm.
The only fan thats on the pwm runs at rated speeds though.

Speedfan can only control the sys fans.Asus Q-fan does give me good control over the pwm fan but very little control over the sys fans.

So if you can understand the description of my setup is there a better way to connect these?
Also is it posible to daisy chain all the apaches off the one pwm i have on the mobo?

Use two of these, running everything off the cpu fan header. This means putting one of the apache onto the cpu cooler, but that's a good thing anyway.

Far cleaner than the fan controller.

Just to clarify,you have the 2nd splitter connected to the first? If so do you just connect the mobo connection of the 2nd to one of the fan connections of the first?
