Best way to cook a Salmon portion?

As the title says guys.

Im cooking a meal for my other half for when she gets home.

Also whats the best thing to go with Salmon?

Ive only got an hour and a half left to cook it

HELP :D
 
basically you can't go too far wrong with cooking most fish in butter.

i'm not a fan of cooker salmon on it's own as I like more oily/fishy fish, but marinaded salmon grilled is nice.
 
A little olive oil and butter in a pan. Moderate heat. Seasoned before cooking.
 
to add a twist as everyone is saying fried!

Oil a piece fo foil big enough to wrp it in
Chop a clove of Garlic, half a red chilli and a 1cm knob of ginger
sprinkle the above over the fish
drizzle over a table spoon of dark Soy Sauce
Seal the whole lot in the foil and bake at 180 for 15 minutes

Serve it with a jacket potato and some stir fried green veg.
 
Similarly in foil:

White wine, white pepper corns, bay leaf, lemon slice.

Should do in just over 10mins at 180 (massively depends on size of portion though...)
