nope...not really! Plenty of themes you can modify...themes are seperate from php in Wordpress unless you really want to change how it works...and for that google is your friend

To use it properly you do. I'd never be happy using a free theme I found that I amended slightly.

Oh energize, you can actually use an <iframe> for the 'includes'.

But it isn't good for SEO =)
