lets pretend i was decorating a whole house and wanted do to a site survey.
i go into customer's house with my tablet and then i can simple select which room i'm in, then i'll get a loads of boxes based on the room, e.g. say i select bedroom 1, then i get asked wall colour, floor type, size, then i save that and select next room which could be bathroom which will then ask questions like shower or bath, tiles or paint, extra notes etc, then at the end of it all i click submit and i'll get a price based on the info i've submitted.
i was thinking something like excel might do this but it's not ideal for brining up the fields required for the room i'm in. i've looked at appinventor but it seemed a bit too basic to do this.
would this be easy enough to make into an app, or does something similar already exist that i could input the questions, or finally would it be best to pay someone to make this and if so best place to look for app creators and how much would i be looking at?
needs to be usable with no internet as will be used on touchpad when on android so as much as i wish i could as i'd just easily make it in php, it can't be done on a website.
