Best way to get in to VMware - which exams?

I have my Microsoft MCITP: Enterprise Administrator

But was wondering what the best way in to VMware. What exam paths should I do?

Thanks, so is there any point in just taking the VCP exam. Unless there is a similar thing to the MS transcript.
