I know it's a bit of a medical thread, but I could with some help.
I started running about 5-6 months ago, had breaks here and there, but I've suffered from knee pain the entire time. I did start in bog standard trainers, but I went to a place called Podplus near me, guy there watched me run on a treadmill and sorted me out with some running shoes.
They've helped a bit, but now that I'm running longer my knees are starting to really suffer, I'm struggling to run twice a week at a moment, only 3 miles each time.
I've been thinking of calling my doctor, but are there any alternatives, should I go back to the shop for help?
