Best way to keep all Mac OS X apps updated?

Hi,

Just wondering if there is a decent app around that will notify you if software you have installed on your Mac has updates available?

Would be nice if it it did both app store and non-app store apps.

I use apps like Tweetbot, Dropbox, FileZilla and MS Office.
