Best way to learn Oracle

I have experience using MS SQL, but would like to learn Oracle to expand my employment opportunities. I would appreciate any good tips on courses/e-learning that I could check out

www.w3schools.com and www.sqlzoo.net are the best way to learn Oracle.

And then hang yourself. It's a good DB on the scale of things, but the license fees are exhorbitant.
