so ive got my corasair 200r case thinking og cutting out the side panel and putting a window at some point as i love the case.

what do you think works better for lighting up the inside LED strips or fans? im going with a black and blue color scheme (blue mobo and ram - wished the ram was black tbh but owel) so should i go with white strips or white LED fans as i think blue lighting would be to much.

My advice would be to go the lighting strip route, there are very few great performing LED fans along with them generally not producing even lighting in the case.

Great fans in your case to keep it cool and quiet and a LED strip in a hidden area such as along the bottom under the cutout would look great. Keep the strip where you don't see the LEDs directly but more the fall off light over the motherboard area.

Nice even lighting generally moves away from the tacky, pimp-my-ride style build into something that looks great on any desk.

Depends what you're trying to illuminate and how you want it to look.
I prefer localised lighting over floodlit, personally.

Problem is, most led fans aren't the greatest performers.
