I have 3 laptops all the same spec and wanted to make a cd/dvd image of one once I have installed SP3 and all the drivers and updates, anyone know any good software, hopefully free that will do this for me? So I can either do clean install and then apply everything at once, or ideally do an clean install with the image disc and have everything on there. I won’t have an issue with network id as they are all stand alone and going to diffirent people.

If you have a comp with either a Seagate/Maxtor HDD, simply download and install either DiscWizard or MaxBlast, make a bootable CD, and use that to make a Backup Image of one of the laptops (after install) in DOS, could store on external HDD, which can then be put onto the other 2, via boot CD, or if you already have ATI installed on a comp. make a boot CD and use that to make you backup image in DOS etc...also have a look at DriveImage XML
