Best way to migrate server 2003

Hi

I have an old 2003 server which is starting to show it's age. If I was to build a new server and installed 2003, what is the best way to take everything from one to the other? (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Data etc).

Sorry but what the original post mean't to say was to migrate from server 2003 to small business server 2003. Would that still be done the same way?

Sorry to come back to this but does anyone know where there is a good free guide explaining the steps involved migrating from server 2003 to SBS 2003?
